Christmas Chocolate Truffles
Christmas baking is in full swing! Everyone loves Chocolate Truffles at Christmas time. Try this recipe out!
12-ounce bag chocolate chips
8 ounces heavy whipping cream
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Pour cream into a large glass or metal mixing bowl. Fill a saucepan halfway with water and place mixing bowl on top. Heat over medium heat until cream gets very warm. Add chocolate and mix until smooth. Transfer chocolate mixture to fridge and allow to cool for several hours to harden.
Once chocolate mixture is solid, remove from fridge and scoop out by rounded teaspoonfuls. Roll into a ball shape between hands. Roll truffles in desired toppings. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Pro cooking tip: add a tablespoon of Dark Chocolate, Blueberry, Raspberry, or Vanilla balsamic vinegar to the chocolate mixture for even more flavour!
